Who AM I

I am a writer and a multimedia artist who focuses on exploring the different New York City communities and shedding light on woman-related topics.

I am an international student from Mexico studying Fashion Media at LIM College. I will graduate with a double minor in English, and graphic design and photography.

I started my journalism career as Editorial Director for The Lexington Line Magazine. My work normally portrays topics personal to me; womanhood, LGBTQ+ rights, Latin American themes, and being an artist in New York City. I often practice in-person journalism and on-site reporting—fully immersing myself in the story, to gather the most authentic perspective.

I have previously worked as Public Relations Intern at YaYa Publicity, as creative services intern at Sizemore Color Studios, and as a stylist for independent films and fashion shoots.

Before attending LIM College, I got two styling certificates: from The Art Institute and Instituto Europeo Di Diseño. I also took a gap year after High School to volunteer as an English and Spanish teacher, at a school for kids with special needs in Napoli, Italy.

I am expected to graduate December 2026, where I plan on continuing my mixed media training by landing a job in editorial or publishing.
